What We Collect

We collect only the information needed to coordinate group purchases:

Name (to identify you during pickup)
Email (for account access and notifications)
Phone number (for pickup coordination)
Neighborhood (to match you with nearby distribution points)
Order history (to track what you've purchased)

What We Don't Collect

We will never ask for or collect:

Social Security numbers
Government-issued identification
Immigration status
Financial information (credit cards, bank accounts)

How Data Is Used

Your data is used exclusively for:

Coordinating group orders and distribution
Sending notifications about your pools and orders
Maintaining financial records for the buying club LLC

Who Sees Your Data

Coordinators can see your name, phone, and order details (needed for purchasing and distribution). Other members cannot see your personal information. Your email is never shared with other members.

Data Retention

Your data is kept active while your account exists. If you delete your account, personal data is removed immediately. Financial records (order amounts, dates) are kept in anonymized form for LLC accounting requirements.

TCPA Disclosure

By creating an account, you consent to receive notifications via email about your orders, pools, and club updates. You can opt out of non-essential notifications in your account settings.
